Very good Wi‑Fi, super friendly, great location almost directly at the bus station. Perfect for a short layover. You feel very safe there because access to the rooms is through a locked door at the reception.

You sleep well, there is no noise in the hallways. Everything is fine, it’s comfortable, there’s parking, and for the price it’s good.

It’s fine for one night, two nights is a push. Very close to the bus station if you’re planning to go to Costa Rica or elsewhere. I found a TV channel showing English‑language films, something I hadn’t managed to do in seven weeks of traveling in Latin America. It would be cool if they had a fridge next to reception selling beers or soft drinks; there was no hot water for the shower the morning I checked out, although there was the evening before. I don’t think the door locks from the inside except for a chain, but I saw plenty of security cameras.

I’ve been here several times; I love the walkable streets near the food park, stores, markets, the library, and the park.

Everything was available, and the Swiss clock worked flawlessly—no issues at all. However, if you need to access the room, you must climb a short staircase, which could be problematic for very elderly guests with mobility problems.
