We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel's great location and friendly staff. The property had a lovely greenery and was situated in a fantastic spot. However, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired - we found spider webs in our room and bathroom, which was a bit off-putting. To make matters worse, the room we booked was overpriced and had a poor view compared to other rooms near the pool. Still, the staff's efforts to help us out on our last day made a big difference.

Our stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. On the one hand, the staff was helpful and extended our room till evening, which was a huge relief. The property's greenery and location were also major positives. However, the cleanliness was a major issue - we found spider webs everywhere, and the bathroom was particularly grimy. To top it off, the room was overpriced and had a poor view. We had to ask for services in advance, and even then, they were often late due to a lack of staff.
