The place was very clean and in a great location. Staff was kind and very helpful. Be aware that there can be a lot of steps depending where your room is located but staff was great about helping with bags

“Cute venue and location.”

We loved the location and uniqueness of the property. The loudness, not just the pub crowd but the neighbors upstairs could be heard through the floors. Unfortunately they were up past midnight

Convenient location to city attractions. Room was large and layed out well. One of our group's rooms was in the rear of building and they heard train noises throughtout the night. Our room was in front of building and we heard noises of people outside of a nearby bar - it was a weekend though. A gruff response from staff when asked to address a sudden power outage of all of the outlets in one of our rooms. There was no answer to the phone number listed to call if problems arise, so the only way to get help with the outlets not working was to go get somebody downstairs at the bar. Most staff were friendly enough but the manager type of person was not pleasant
