“Recomienda a todo el mundo venir a este sitio”

The location is excellent, the staff is very friendly, everything is very clean, and it’s a highly recommended place.

The place is 300 m from Termini Station. The room is brand new (three rooms in an apartment plus a shared kitchen with a large fridge and coffee machine) in an old but very pleasant building that has a courtyard before the street entrance. Alex attended to us promptly and gave all the necessary explanations.

“Price and location perfect for a few days visit to Rome”

The location is great and walkable to all sites. The room is super nice and renovated to current standards. The common area light didn’t stay on long enough and didn’t detect people properly.

“Great Location, property and super host”

From arrival and being met by Alex our experience at the property could not be faulted. Alex was an excellent host who provided us with lots of useful information on Rome, which was extremely helpful as this was our first visit to the city. Excellent location for getting around Rome with Railway, Bus and Metro links a few minutes walk from the property. The property itself was very clean, tidy, comfortable well maintained. When visiting Rome again this would be my preferred location to stay
