The host was very kind and helpful, and everything was homemade. Our room had a small window with light from the backyard, which made it feel cramped. We missed bread at breakfast, but maybe that was a communication issue; the homemade baked goods were great.

It felt like being in a family. The location near the sea was excellent. The rooms were very welcoming and the breakfasts were plentiful, always varied and genuine, lovingly prepared by Stefania and Michele—really great hosts. A sincere thank you for the hospitality and the great tips for visiting wonderful villages and meeting great locals, thanks especially to Michele with Stefania’s cooperation.

We were warmly welcomed, felt comfortable and happy throughout the entire vacation in Numana. Everything was perfect for us: unbeatable location, cozy rooms, and lovingly prepared breakfast. A huge thank you, we’ll definitely come back :) No complaints.

The first thing I noticed when I walked into my room was the fresh, clean scent. The order and cleanliness here are exemplary, thanks to Stefania and Michele for their great restaurant tips and sightseeing recommendations. Breakfast was excellent, featuring homemade items made with garden‑grown ingredients. We stayed only one night, but it left a lasting impression. Don’t forget that parking is included in the price, and the location is close to both the city center and the sea.
