The apartment was well‑kept and clean, featuring a huge common room and terrace with an amazing view. The room was not soundproof, and nighttime traffic made it hard to rest.

“Stunning property, noisy traffic.s”

The apartment looked stunning and the room was very clean, equipped with everything needed. The mini‑kitchen was handy, the bed comfortable with plenty of wardrobe space, and the two balconies (one with a sea view) were a welcome touch. The location was great – a small coffee shop/deli across the road was convenient, and walking down to the sea took only 5 or 10 minutes (double the time to walk back up). I only gave a 6 because the noise throughout the night was horrendous; traffic seemed nonstop, with horns blaring and cars and motorbikes speeding right beneath the bedroom window. There were two nights when I got very little sleep, spoiling what could have been a perfect Neapolitan experience. I didn’t complain because it seemed pointless. Had I stayed more than seven nights, I would have cancelled my second week and checked into a hotel. The only reason the property didn’t meet my expectations was the constant traffic noise.

“Loved it!”

The hotel sits in a quieter, more residential spot, yet you can walk to the water, the train, and the funicular without trouble. Nothing to complain about.

“GREAT”

Audrey, the host, is absolutely wonderful, and the apartment itself is roomy and airy. The two porters are friendly and helpful. The room is charming with a nice bathroom. The nearest cab station, supermarket, and coffee shop are just across the street, and downtown is a 30‑minute walk away. Shops are 10 minutes away and the sea is 15 minutes on foot.
