The villa’s décor felt like an antiques shop, with very large, carefully furnished rooms; we were able to check in a few hours early, which was great, but in the evening there was a disturbing noise in our room and a staff member had to come from home specifically to resolve the issue; the breakfast was excellent, offering a partly menu‑based selection so you received freshly made food, and there was nothing negative.

A pleasant stay on a farm with a lovely, leafy garden, but the hotel was closing for the season on its last open day, giving the impression of being under shutdown; it felt a bit deserted, empty, and cleaned up.

The hotel sits pretty close to Gallipoli’s center, and the building looks nice, though it could use a bit more upkeep. The staff were friendly, but both check‑in and check‑out dragged on, and the breakfast service was slow; they didn’t put water on the table, so we had to wait over 10 minutes to get a glass.

The property’s charm, its proximity to the old town, the garden, terrace, and common area layout, plus the spacious room and varied, plentiful breakfast, all shine through. The downside is that the bathroom is a bit basic for storing your stuff.
