The location was superb—everything was close, especially for a course day. The breakfast price didn’t match the website; it was listed as 14.50 but turned out to be 16.00 euros. The breakfast itself was fine, so no complaints there.

A cozy hotel right in the city centre with good beds and tasty breakfast. It’s a 15‑minute walk from the station, and everything in town is within walking distance, including a nice pub.

We were very disappointed with our nearly two-week stay at Long John Pub and Hotel, especially considering the price paid. The accommodation fell below expectations, with no kitchen cloths, a broken toilet brush, bedside lights repeatedly falling off the wall, a two-day wait for clean towels, and inadequate apartment servicing despite specifically requesting it. We were also expected to take our own rubbish to a disposal area some distance away. Staff often made us feel as though our requests were an inconvenience rather than part of their responsibility. We also tried to communicate our concerns directly with the owners, but they did not even bother to respond. We understand that no accommodation is perfect, but basic cleanliness, maintenance, and respectful guest service are reasonable expectations. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from start to finish, and we would have expected far better for the price paid
