I stayed at this boutique hotel with 20 rooms and it turned out to be fantastic. Having visited Providencia before, I was glad to try this spot at the end of town and fell in love with the historic area, especially Barrio Brasil and its surroundings, which felt safe. The hotel itself is super stylish and even has a coffee machine, but the real highlight is the staff: Tanya is an ace who pointed out great nearby spots—like the Pinot Noir at Palacio del Vino just 100 m away, another stunning building—and another team member washed my clothes for free, even though the hotel doesn’t officially offer laundry service. As someone who runs hotels, I can say the staff are exceptionally good. The hotel and its surroundings are gems, still within easy, interesting walking distance of Santiago’s central attractions.
