Aquapalace Hotel Prague

The location was super for traveling with a dog, and the hotel is great for families. The walls in the rooms are so thin that when someone slams the door, the bed vibrates against the wall. Some dogs are allowed in the restaurant, others are not.

We were very satisfied with the bath and the staff, towels and bathrobes were provided in the room, which was fantastic. The beds weren't our preference and the corridors are noisy.

The reception staff were very helpful. The rooms were very clean and included basic amenities. Extras were the bathrobes, towels and a bag for the Aquapark. The breakfasts were tasty. The rooms were too small for a family of 2+2.

The accommodation was clean and breakfast was okay. The adjacent Aquapark was not open from 8-22 as advertised, only from 10:00-20:00, so we couldn't use it after a day in the city center. It was very crowded and loud everywhere, including at breakfast and in the room with the window open, there was a lot of car noise. We had a room with breakfast, the pizzeria in the Aquapark was not tasty, the food was very bland and the staff were more than unfriendly. The price‑value ratio is off. It is located in an industrial area, the connection to the city center is okay but takes about 45 minutes.
