The experience was fantastic; the hotel feels very cozy and the stay was great, but the real highlight was undoubtedly the extraordinary service—every staff member welcomed us with kindness, courtesy, friendliness, proactivity, and speed. I must give a big shout‑out to the entire team; a perfect 10!
