The room was splendid in the heart of Padova, clean and modern. I think it was just bad luck, but I received the access codes after 4 pm.

The location and the space were good. The shower needed to be cleaned of limescale.

Lean, safe, and right in the very center. There was noise from the bathroom ventilation and the Wi‑Fi was weak.

The location was great, the room was roomy, the towels were good, the bed was comfortable, and the mirror was large. However, I found the place to be a “ghost hotel”: everything was digitalized, no staff around, and after booking and paying I had no address or phone number. I was forced to REGISTER to get any essential info, which was too complicated on my phone while traveling alone. With a relative’s help I finally got the address and an eight‑digit access code, and I opened the door on the third try. The door closed unexpectedly with a scary sound like a safe, which made me feel claustrophobic, especially since the instructions warned against trying to open it again to get out. The room was spacious but had almost no daylight. There was a coffee maker, but no cups or glasses to use it.
