The service was excellent and the staff were very accommodating. The hotel was very tidy.

The hotel is central, transport is right next to the hotel, and you can easily walk to all tourist attractions. The reception received a 10‑point rating, with many thanks to Valeria, who was wonderful and made us feel welcome! We’ll definitely come back to this hotel. Everything was perfect.

The location is excellent, the room is large and the amenities are modern. The entrance and stairway to the annex look more like an Airbnb than a pricey hotel; it’s worn out and could use a refresh.

The location is perfect and the staff are delightful. It was a little noisy, but that’s normal for a hotel in the heart of Rome, and it’s not the hotel’s fault.
