The staff were unhelpful, the place was dirty, and the water tasted bad.

I couldn’t stay in the room for more than ten minutes because it was filthy—nothing like the pictures, so it’s not a 4‑star property, it’s more like a 1‑star. The rooms were dirty, trash was under the beds, two rooms smelled awful, the sheets stank, all knobs were rusted, and there was no toilet paper.
The reception was friendly but couldn’t fix the hotel’s problems. Everything else was terrible: everything was old and worn, the toilet was disgusting, the water was salty, parking was missing even though we had booked it, a broken sewer pipe took two days to repair, there was no room service, and the hotel claims 4‑star but deserves no more than 1.
