The location was excellent, the hotel staff were perfect, and they helped us plan activities near Flores Island, including Tikal, and also assisted with transportation. Nothing negative—everything was liked.

A terrible stay; I only stayed one night because it didn’t match the photos at all, so I don’t recommend it. The village is nice, but this place didn’t appeal to me.

The view is incredible, enjoying it from a balcony is something unique; the place is clean and Malvin’s advice was spot‑on for every request, but the mattress is a bit soft and the literal spring pulls you out of bed.
