We keep coming back to this place because the views are great when they’re available, and we’ve stayed a handful of times already. However, the room you get isn’t always the one you think you’re booking; each room is individually owned and furnished, so some are noticeably more comfortable and have better views.

Located just outside Kona and close to many amenities, this hotel‑apartment complex is well equipped with a sea‑front pool. The setting is quiet and relaxing, and the toiletries are provided along with a washer in the unit, which is a real plus. The staff are very friendly and make the stay easier. From the outside, the building looks a bit old‑fashioned, but renovation work is underway.

Aston Kona by the Sea is an excellent choice for a vacation. It has a full-size kitchen with everything you need for preparing food, an in-unit washer/dryer, 2 bathrooms, and giant patio with a breathtaking view. The very friendly front desk will guide you with any support you need. Our family enjoyed every moment being there. None

The pool is nice and the room is spacious. Unfortunately, there were loads of dead bugs on the kitchen floor and in the bathrooms.
