“Ne-am simțit minunat.”

The hotel’s cleanliness and ambiance are complemented by the staff’s professionalism. The cleanliness and tasteful décor of the furnishings.

“Great hotel”

The décor is tasteful, the place very clean, centrally located yet surprisingly quiet. The staff are very pleasant and courteous. From the room ambience to the facilities offered, everything shows thoughtful attention to detail. A particularly nice touch is a weighing scale in the bathroom, useful for checking how serious the impact of the local food is. :) Great stay, nothing less than what you’d find in any top‑rated city hotel.

“Hotel Top, Personal lässt zu wünschen übrig”

The hotel and comfort were very good—modern and clean. However, I’m very dissatisfied with the staff. A drink was charged from the minibar even though we didn’t take anything from it. The staff seemed indifferent when we pointed out that we hadn’t taken anything, and they couldn’t verify whether the item was missing before our arrival or if it hadn’t been charged to the last guest. This feels very unprofessional and makes the customer appear as a liar, which in my view is a no‑go for such a hotel.
