The pool overlooking the hills gave us beautiful moments of peace and relaxation; the cleanliness was impeccable, and Giorgio and his family were welcoming and always available.

We were absolutely thrilled with this holiday: the property was spotless, meticulously cared for, and fully equipped. Its location is strategic—situated in a very quiet, serene countryside yet only a 25‑minute drive to the sea (Numana, Sirolo, Portonuovo, Marcelli, etc.) and close to major centers (Jesi, Recanati, Loreto, Offagna, Ancona, etc.). The pool is a real plus, and the hospitality of Mr. Giorgio and his family is exceptional.

A wonderful spot to unwind in nature, strategically positioned for visits to historic towns and the beautiful Conero beaches. Giorgio and Daniela, the two owners, are very kind and make you feel at home, and their three adorable dogs are well‑trained and sociable. I highly recommend it for anyone who needs to unplug. The kitchen is well equipped but a bit dark near the stove, and I would have liked a small microwave to make dinner easier in the evenings—just minor details for the picky; otherwise nothing was missing.
