मेहमान होटल को हर पहलू पर कैसे आंकते हैं।
We were very comfortable. The location inside KLIA 2 is incredibly convenient, especially for early‑morning flights or a layover. The beds were comfortable, the spaces were well organized, and the reception was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was also great.

Staying at the airport was convenient for our layover, and the 12‑hour allowance was great—we arrived at 2:30 am and didn’t have to leave until 2:30 pm. However, we were five people (two adults and three kids) and only found four sleeping spots; the expectation was that three children could share one bed under one blanket, but because the hotel was full we had to make do, so double‑check the bed count when booking.

The facilities were excellent, the rooms were quite spacious and fitted with modern amenities, making it a good spot for a short or long layover or just a casual stay. It was a bit pricey, which is worth considering.

In the airport, that’s it. There was no refrigerator, no luggage service, and in the bathroom there was a sewage smell when I arrived; there were also two dead, squashed mosquitoes in the washroom area, which made me wonder if the room had been cleaned.

It would be nice to have some gluten‑free options for breakfast. The overhead light in the room couldn't be switched off.
