Ottima Guest House with parking in the private courtyard. The rooms were spacious and clean, as were the shared bathrooms. We also enjoyed an excellent Armenian dinner prepared by the hosts.

Guests House Qotukner, a recently renovated country house in Karbi, features a sun terrace, garden, bar, and seasonal outdoor pool. Qotukner house is the homestay you dream about – a beautiful wooden authentic Armenian village house, with beautiful spacious spotless clean rooms overlooking an amazing view. A very big relaxing balcony, with mountains and the beautiful village view, a very clean bathroom with hot water, and a washing machine for your laundry, free of charge, kitchen, and lovely living room just outside the rooms on the second floor. Breakfast and dinner were very generous and delicious, but the stars of this place are the owners. I had never seen such a dedicated host's. They are there for you for everything you need. They will keep you company at dinners, share drinks, and advise you on everything you want to know about the area. They are really special and devoted people that will make you feel like you are in a friend's house. On our last day, the husband had to go to Yerevan, so he took us with him with no money charge. Qutukner house is one of the best homestay I have ever been in the world. No doubt. The only negative was that we had to leave.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts are wonderful and very attentive, and the food they prepare is very delicious. There is a magnificent view of Mount Ararat from the room's window and a view of Mount Aragats from the balcony, it is very cozy and clean, with a wonderful courtyard

Thank you for the warm welcome; I felt right at home. Everything was top‑notch! A comfortable bed, a lovely veranda, and a very delicious breakfast. The nature around is stunning! I don’t think I could find a better place in Yerevan
