The hotel is lovely, right next to JapanTown, with spacious rooms, nice amenities, friendly staff, parking, and a Tesla charger—everything we needed for a weekend in San Francisco.

The location is safe near JapanTown, the staff were attentive, and the room was modern and clean. However, we were on the ground floor, which was actually below street level because of the hill, and parking cost $55 a day, which was pricey.
