A warm welcome and friendly host named Claudio, plus excellent breakfast, made the stay pleasant; Claudio was very accommodating with requests, and the location is about twenty minutes on foot from the city centre, so it’s quiet yet still close to the town.

The accommodation is perfectly situated in nature among olive trees, with very friendly staff on site and an outstanding breakfast; the olive oil served is delicious.

The location matched the description, away from the bustle in Riva del Garda, which we liked; walking to the city takes about 30 minutes, but cycling is much faster, though walking is still easy. Our host was very friendly, and every morning there was freshly baked cake in the breakfast room, along with omelets, plenty of fresh fruit, rolls, turmeric bread, muesli, yogurt, fresh sausage, cheese, coffee, and cappuccino made to order—everything was simply delicious. The shared fridge lets you store drinks or food, and you can use the coffee machine, fruit, and cake throughout the day. Nothing negative comes to mind; everything fit our expectations.

The location is central yet very quiet, the on‑site service is excellent, and breakfast is tasty, with free parking available. The rooms could be more modern; the TV is quite small and the mattress is a bit sagging.

The property is wonderful and breakfast is great. The room is very clean and well maintained, and although the host can’t speak English well, he tried hard to communicate; my Italian is nonexistent, so he had an advantage. The bed was comfortable and I slept well, and the room size is good. The only downside is that walking to town is uncomfortable; a car is necessary. We prefer to park the car upon arrival and not use it again until we leave, but that’s just our preference.
