The hotel was fantastic; the management were very accommodating with our request for late checkout, the breakfast was just amazing, and the rooms were comfortable and very well appointed.

I had a really pleasant stay at the Hyatt Regency Chandigarh. The staff were excellent, always friendly and helpful, and the food was really good. The hotel also has a lovely spa, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The location is fantastic, not too far from the airport, with a large shopping mall just a short walk away, which was really convenient. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I’d happily recommend it. Nothing major to complain about. The hotel is perhaps starting to look a little dated in some areas and could benefit from a bit of refurbishment at some stage. Other than that, everything was very good and I enjoyed my stay

Clean and close to the mall, and the staff were generally very helpful and friendly. When I booked I was not informed that the bar on the first floor would be closed for renovations, and the replacement bar on the ground floor was extremely slow in service. On check‑in I paused for three rooms and three breakfasts; the next morning I was told I only paid for one breakfast and I was asked to pay for another two (again). I was asked by three persons on three occasions about this before and after the breakfast. Eventually I had to ask a member of the breakfast team to accompany me to the front desk when they did confirm I had paid for everything.
