The location was convenient, but the elevator was faulty and dropped hard when going up to the 4th floor, which was scary; I told the staff, but they didn't appear concerned.

From check-in to check-out the staff were always professional and personable. The room was well laid out and the bed was comfortable. Heating and cooling worked well and was sized to assure quick temperature changes. This Holiday Inn Express was high value for the price. The amenities - gym, pool, and breakfast area - were all top notch. I'll definitely stay here again on my return trip. My only complaint - a minor one - is the bathroom fan was too loud

The room was clean and big, but the pool was dirty and cold.
