“Horrible customer service nasty attitude”
Nothing positive. Drug users knocked on my door, and the area was bad.
The smell was strong.
“Leider sehr dreckig, aber sehr nette Inhaber”
The staff were friendly, and the motel had recently been taken over with some changes already in place; the new owner went out of his way to help us and was very kind. However, upon arrival we were told our reservation had supposedly been cancelled, and after a lot of back‑and‑forth we finally received a room that was quite dirty—towels, sheets, and the floor were all filthy. Because no other rooms were available, we were given new towels and sheets and had to re‑make the bed ourselves. There was no ice machine, only one working outlet in the room, and the bedside lamp didn’t work either.

The room was functional, but it was a very simple and small hotel room that was completely overpriced at $250 per night during FWC. The bathroom floor was still soapy, and when I tried to remove it, dirt came off. When I mentioned it, someone was supposed to check it out but never did. Also, when I returned the next night the bed had not been made. The breakfast restaurants were mostly Mexican and not within walking distance.
