“Un endroit magnifique, simple et carrément authentique !”

The hotel’s location is exceptional. The golden beach is just superb and the absolute tranquility! The viewpoints to admire the sunset ❤️! Easy to rent a scooter to discover the island in all its authentic diversity. Arrive and depart by boat on the beach… classy! It’s difficult to be understood because the staff speak very little English. The service is a bit nonchalant and the organization isn’t really explicit! That’s what gives it charm too! The Wi‑Fi is hard to catch.

The island is great and the beach right in front of the property is beautiful, but the photos don’t match reality—maybe they were edited with AI? The place has a lot of potential and could one day look like the pictures, yet right now the price‑value ratio is off.

“Naja…”

The location feels like paradise with plenty of room to grow, the staff are very friendly, and the food is good; breakfast is a matter of taste. However, everything else is quite neglected, the pictures don’t reflect the reality, there’s very little coziness, and the beach, though adjacent, offers no shaded spots and nothing that feels resort‑like—everything looks bland and not especially clean. The owner says many things will be renewed soon; we’re keeping our fingers crossed and wish them success because the resort really has potential.

“Ongelooflijk.”

The setting and vibe are super relaxed, the beach is beautiful—never seen such a pristine, gold‑colored beach without crowds, like being alone on the world. I really enjoyed it and will definitely return next year; the island is gorgeous and rare. Honestly, there’s nothing to complain about; I’ve been to many Thai islands, and this is the best, cheapest one ever.
