WARNING! THIS HOTEL IS A SCAM, DO NOT COMPLAINT! The hotel was a complete fraud. We were assigned to a different address than the one listed in the description, specifically Acharnon 211, which Google Maps shows as a different hotel named Acharnon. The room we ended up in was filthy, stank terribly, and did not match any of the promised conditions. It smelled like someone had been smoking there from morning to night for years, and the odor clung to all clothes, even those kept in the suitcase. We kept the balcony door open all night, but it made no difference. The bed sheets were bare, so we slept with clothes on because the sheets seemed dirty. The promised terrace was a dirty little balcony. The bathroom lacked soap and the toilet paper ran out halfway through our stay. The kitchen was indescribably dirty; there were no modern appliances, just a gas stove. All utensils were old and unusable. The kitchen was on the roof terrace, which was also dirty. The whole place was smelly and unhygienic. There was nothing good to say about this place. I have traveled for almost 30 years on a low budget and have been disappointed by some accommodations, but this was the worst experience ever.
