“great location, nice and pleasent hotel, clean”

The room was nice, the bed was a good size, and it got cleaned daily without us asking. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices, fresh coffee or tea. There were steps into the bathroom, the AC control panel on the wall was hanging off, but that wasn’t a problem since we didn’t need the AC. Bar service was poor and needed another staff member. The receptionist was busy serving the roof terrace and made it clear that wasn’t her job, which was a shame because the views were excellent.

The location is fantastic! The staff are lovely, the hotel is clean and well equipped. The breakfast is excellent with a wide choice of dishes to suit most international tastes. This isn’t a dislike per se, more of a warning for anyone with limited mobility. The hotel is inside an historic building, it has a lift but the passageways are the same size they were 400 years ago, we are mid sixties and managed fine.

The hotel sits in a great spot, and the front‑desk and breakfast staff were friendly, but the breakfast itself isn’t really an English‑style spread, so that could let you down.

The building is gorgeous in the historic centre, perfect for a relaxing weekend, the breakfast is excellent, and the second‑floor terrace offers a lovely lake view.

La ubicación, los desayunos, la amabilidad de la gente de cafetería, la limpieza. Se oía bastante a la gente de otras habitaciones y los portazos de la gente al entrar en las habitaciones, el señor de recepción es algo serio
