From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, attentive, and ready to help, which made us feel welcomed. The décor is beautiful, the vibe is calm, and every detail is spotless and well maintained. It’s the ideal spot to relax, unwind, and enjoy the quieter side of Gili Air, and we’d happily come back and highly recommend it.

The staff were friendly, caring, and helpful, breakfast was fantastic with gluten‑free options, the pool was clean, and they even provided swim masks for snorkeling; the restaurants and shops are nearby. However, the price is too high and there is no privacy—neighbours can be heard even in the bathroom and when flushing toilets because everything is connected. Several guests loudly used the pool at night, so I couldn’t sleep even with earplugs; the walls are paper‑thin, the location is far from the harbor, loud construction noise starts at 8 AM next door, and there was no electricity or water for two days. There was no fridge in the room or way to cool drinks or food. Given the high cost, I expected a more comfortable, hassle‑free stay, but the value for money is lacking. If I had known all this, I wouldn’t have booked; there are cheaper, better‑located options without all the noise, making this a disappointing experience.

Everything was great, the staff were very friendly, breakfast was good but limited, there were many kittens and I loved it. The only downside is that it’s far from the port, so if you’re carrying luggage it’s a bit inconvenient, but everything else was fine.

The location, nice room, outdoor bathroom, and staff were all good. Nothing else.

The environment was quiet and close to the beach with a child‑friendly vibe, the staff were very nice, and the pool area was pretty. We felt completely comfortable. There’s no restaurant on site, but you can order food from nearby restaurants. Overall, good value for money. The breakfast could have offered more variety, and having a fridge or kettle in the room would have been convenient.
