The staff were helpful and friendly. The only downside was that the room service was somewhat lacking, especially with items like toilet paper and drinks such as tea or coffee.

“A good hotel, but with a minimum effort, it could be better”

The view was great, but the room wasn’t very clean.

Outside, there was parking, though I’m not sure if I liked it. Inside, there was an awful sewage smell in the bathroom that made me hold my nose when I entered. It’s next to a railway line, so I woke up every time a train passed. The fan in the adjacent room made a hellish noise, making it impossible to sleep. The breakfast was weak and low quality. This was my fifth time in Istanbul, yet this was the worst hotel from far away. I wouldn’t even give it two stars, let alone four. The floors were very dirty, with muddy footprints, grime, and damaged furniture. It was horrible. I don’t recommend it to anyone. Anyone who thinks they can give more than two stars clearly has never stayed in a four‑star hotel. They probably have a contract with some dental implant clinic because most guests are patients; you can see bandages at breakfast. I do not recommend it.
