The spot is great, but the room feels a bit tight.

Basic rooms, but the sea view was suitable for a Rotterdam trip! The rooms were very basic.

The place is close to the Gothic Quarter and the metro, and the staff are friendly and ready to help, but the elevator isn’t working, which could be a problem for those with heavy luggage.

The bedroom was fine and the bed comfy; the bathroom was good and the staff were excellent, so I'd definitely return. The only gripe is that the inside of the lift doors looked very dirty and greasy—cleaning them daily would be a must given how many people use them.
