The owners are friendly and super helpful, the breakfast is spectacular with local products, and kudos for the management!

Berto and Stella were truly exceptional hosts. Beyond the great location and cozy room, they offered excellent tips for walks and treks around the area. We’re definitely saying goodbye for now, but we plan to return next year.

The mountain vibe was captured beautifully in the wooden décor. Breakfast was excellent, plentiful, and varied. The staff were incredibly kind and gave great advice on activities in the park during our two‑and‑a‑half‑day stay. We thought we’d have to move around a lot, but we found plenty to do right in Villetta Barrea.

We came back after a pleasant experience last year. The welcome, central location, and homemade‑style breakfast are the highlights. Nothing negative.
