The location and staff were excellent, yet street and club noise kept me up at 2–3 a.m. on several nights even from the 8th floor; after reporting it, they moved me to another room and the issue vanished, and the hotel was very accommodating.

The place was clean, the staff helpful and kind, and the room was nice, but the noise was off‑the‑charts and I couldn’t sleep at all; it was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had for that price and level, and we couldn’t leave fast enough in the morning – utterly disappointing.

The location was wonderful and the team great, but the room is very dark and doesn’t match the W vibe elsewhere; the accommodation feels inferior compared to other W profiles.

The room was lovely, spacious, and the central location let us walk everywhere; nothing much to add.

The staff and breakfasts were amazing, the beds super comfy, and the decor beautiful; it was extremely pricey during the World Cup, but we were well taken care of – I just wish we could open a window for fresh air.
