The hotel is in the main center and breakfast is great, huge rooms. The taxi cannot enter the hotel entrance unless you arrange it in advance with the driver. There is no accessible parking for cars even though they told us there is on a first‑come, first‑served basis. An important detail: arriving with luggage from a long trip at ten at night and walking over 500 m+ was not easy! Reception staff were not pleasant from the first call when we couldn’t find parking. In the morning we asked about city visits and they didn’t really guide or direct us; sometimes there was only one person and it was always crowded. Reception was far from pleasant! We avoided contacting them. The rooms are very large and very comfortable but still don’t feel like a 4 or 5‑star hotel. Breakfast is excellent but early arrivals get the pastries; after 7:30 they’re gone. We were there for several days, so it was easy to notice.

The hotel sits right in the city center, and getting to the airport by bus or metro is a breeze. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and spacious. They provided a baby cot for our 1.5‑year‑old. Breakfast was very varied, and the snacks were nice. We received a coffee voucher at the outlet and were offered drinks in the hotel.
