The location is perfect for train travel with family, just a few steps from Termini station, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are well organized and quiet, and you can leave your luggage after check‑out time.

The location is great as a base near the station. However, the bathroom was a problem: we left the room at 5 am and when we woke up there was no water.

The spot is ideal for the station and the room is comfortable for a single night of passing. The elevator was missing and the room sat on the 3rd floor of an old building; we had heavy, bulky luggage and it would have been useful to know that beforehand, but this detail was not mentioned anywhere in the listing.

I liked the accommodation; we were with my in‑laws and we were delighted, the staff were very attentive. In the Termini area, everything is now much safer, so this stay was a great choice.
