The pool was gorgeous and the staff were super friendly and warm, making us feel so welcomed; the buffet breakfast by the pool was delicious and we enjoyed the freshly cooked eggs each morning, though the hallways were noisy from other guests, which is just Bali, haha.

The bed was undeniably comfortable, but the price was already high for the category, and every extra offered—spa/massage, restaurant, taxis—was even more expensive; we ended up not using any of them and chose cheaper alternatives.

The staff did their utmost to make us comfortable, the food was excellent, and there were themed evenings; however, from 7 am there was a lot of noise from schoolchildren brought in by scooters and motorcycles, and almost all night we heard a crowing rooster.
