We had a wonderful stay! The owners were incredibly welcoming, kind, and friendly, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They even prepared breakfast for us, which was such a thoughtful and lovely gesture. Their hospitality made our experience extra special. We truly appreciated their kindness and attention to detail. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to stay here again!

We booked a room with a double bed and a private bathroom, but on arrival they offered us an apartment at the same price. The apartment was clean, warm and comfortable. Breakfast was hearty and varied. The property offers various entertainment options.

The breakfast was spectacular, offering every typical Georgian dish and many little extras! The room was huge and elegant. The staff were very friendly; they spoke Russian and immediately found a Spanish‑speaking lady to help us. The patio is fantastic (the whole house is great). The value for money is excellent, and the property is new. They have adorable kittens!! You can park inside the building. There is a slight lack of maintenance; a wardrobe wouldn't open properly, but nothing major. The house isn’t super central; driving is great, but walking is a bit inconvenient.
