The location is great, just a stone’s throw from Santitham restaurants, cafés, bars, Nana bakery and massage parlours, yet the building feels old and tired with dated décor and fittings, and it’s a shame the windows don’t open onto the balconies.

The location is good, but the staff could have offered more attention and explanation given the building’s appearance; for instance, it was difficult to understand how to lock the door if you’re not familiar with those types of locks.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel offers good value for money, but it’s old; the bathroom was mouldy with a strong mould smell, the beds were old and the sheets and towels were worn, and no shampoo or shower gel was provided, so bring your own.
