The wellness is wonderful, the pool a fairy tale, and the room was beautiful and spotless. The staff were not smiling.

The surroundings and the mountains are simply fantastic; the Bernese Oberland has a lot to offer. The hotel is not run; the family shown in the brochures is nowhere to be seen, neither in the building nor in the restaurant, and the food is mediocre.

A Swiss‑style hotel in a charming spot, the spa and pool were great and the massage sessions were very good, but the restaurant, while tasty, had a slightly slow service.
