The hotel is very conveniently located. It doesn’t have its own parking lot (there are spots, but the parking fee is steep – 30 UAH per hour), yet across the street there’s a convenient parking area – a courtyard between buildings. For electric cars there’s a free parking spot and a charging station at the main entrance. The staff are pleasant. Rooms are clean, bright, and spacious. The bed is comfortable, towels, bathrobes, and sheets are clean and nice. The view from the window is good, with large panoramic windows. Air‑conditioners and TVs are separate in the living room and bedroom. The fridge is tidy and handy. There’s a kettle. The hair dryer is useful, and the bathroom light is sufficient for makeup. The carpet is clean. Cleaning is done daily. The restaurant is nice. We had breakfast on the Swedish line – the selection is varied, nutritious, and tasty. The choice isn’t huge, but it’s enough for a healthy breakfast. The lobby has a coffee machine, and the coffee is pretty good. The sound insulation is lacking
