The spot was super convenient – a 10‑minute walk to the metro and the airport bus stop just a few minutes away. I was at the Austria Center Vienna for a conference and could get to the hall in 12‑13 minutes on foot. Breakfast was tasty but pricey, so I skipped it most days. The room was spacious enough. I was annoyed that towels were only changed daily or every other day, and you had to request that service; the bathroom had some worn‑out parts because the hotel isn’t new. Only instant coffee was in the room, which I didn’t like at all. Everything else was minimal, and I was surprised because I expected NH Hotels to be a solid brand.

The bed was comfy and the bathroom was roomy. I appreciated the eco‑friendly touches and the option to request room cleaning on demand. The curtains were very dark, which helped me sleep without light. It’s close to the congress centre and the metro. Breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety. The carpet in the room was a bit rough. We took a long time to check out because we asked to split the bill over two cards for work reasons, and only one receptionist could handle that.

“Great room. Great location. Great service. Will be back!”

Breakfast had a great selection. Rooms were only serviced every four days, which was acceptable since I understand the effort to save energy and water by not changing towels and bedding too often. Still, it would have been nice if things like toilet paper and tea were checked and refilled without having to call. That’s a very minor point. Otherwise, the service was excellent.

“Nice stay”

It was our second stay here. The hotel is very nice, located near Donau Park, Prater, VIC, and a metro station. The staff were friendly and always helpful. We loved the sweet surprise in the room and the welcome letter. Thank you! The room was large and nice, with a kettle for tea or coffee. For a double room, it would be better to have a proper double bed instead of two single beds side by side.
