The location was super, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, hot water with good pressure, and the view was great; the air conditioner didn’t work, the hotel staff offered us a replacement room but we chose to stay, the shower space was a bit small, and there was a bit of noise in the evening but we fell asleep quickly because we were tired.

The location was wonderful, the price‑performance ratio excellent, the building clean, beautiful, historic, and pleasant. I felt safe, the staff were friendly, and the hotel operators went out of their way to help every guest—thanks for that.
