The accommodation is tidy and newly furnished on the second floor. I asked for a €50 extra charge for a single bed in the living room, which I found excessive given the room cost.

The host was very kind and helpful. The flat was very clean and had a well‑equipped kitchen. With a ground‑level entrance and elevator, the flat is accessible for everyone. The location is great, with direct access to Paris, and small supermarkets are within walking distance. I was a bit surprised that the flat is shared with other guests. On hot days it gets very warm, and the bathroom isn’t well ventilated.

The location is good. The rooms were occupied by noisy early‑morning workers who were not very respectful of the communal setting.
