I had a wonderful stay there, the staff were very welcoming, and the kitchen was available for use, which I found excellent. The room and bathroom were clean.

The location is superb, with shops nearby. The attendant was excellent, I was warmly received, the receptionist was very polite and ready to help. The rooms are cozy, the beds comfortable, the power outlets accessible, and it’s dark—something I really like. I didn’t encounter any dislikes. I stayed just one night, but next time I visit Porto, I’ll definitely stay here again.

The service was good, but the staircase leading to the bathroom was a problem.

The rooms and bathrooms were clean, the bathrooms were gender‑separated, and the location was very convenient in the city center. The common areas (excluding bathrooms) were not clean, the shower lacked a lockable door, and there was little space for luggage.
