The staff were friendly, but the stairs were steep and hard to navigate with large luggage, especially since there was no elevator.

The welcome and cleanliness were great, yet the steep stairs were a hassle (though they did bring our luggage to the room) and the bathroom was very small.

La habitación, el desayuno y el personal super amable. Para repetir sin duda. La verdad que nada, y por quejarse de algo, las escaleras que tienen todas las casas antiguas de Amsterdam, empinadas que no te lo crees, y esto no es culpa de ellos
