मेहमान होटल को हर पहलू पर कैसे आंकते हैं।
The place was very clean, the location pleasant, we were checked in early, the room was well maintained, and it was clear everything was new.

I really liked that the hotel sits right in the city center. The only downside was that there were no non‑smoking rooms.

I booked the hotel from 23.09.26 to 25.09.26; the administration of Hotel Boutique on Kobilyanska Mon Art (booking number 5770112264) confirmed my reservation. Two days later I found out my booking had been cancelled. When I called the hotel, they said they had extended the stay for people who were there before my dates, and all complaints were directed to Booking. I had to urgently book another hotel, so I will not stay at Hotel Boutique on Kobilyanska Mon Art again. I have already warned my friends and acquaintances and will continue to speak about the administration’s disorder.

Three days before arrival we booked a room and received a confirmation from Booking. When we arrived at the scheduled time, the hotel refused us check‑in: they said they had no record of our reservation and there were no available rooms. We were left with our luggage outside. This was my first encounter with such “service.”
