Benali Guest House

We had a very good stay. The central location is perfect with a nice nearby restaurant. We liked the spacious terraces, the excellent room soundproofing, and the comfortable bedding. The building feels a little dated; I imagine seaside hotels suffer from humidity, but a few interior paint jobs would be welcome, the staircase needs fixing, and the carpet should be replaced… we even had a chair with a broken backrest. Even though everything is pleasant, some things could be improved or less neglected.

“Muy informal la encargada”

La informalidad de la encargada. Llegamos a un acuerdo que no respetó al hacer un cambio de habitación y no nos devolvió el dinero. Además la habitación no estaba preparada cuando llegamos (a las 17,00h) y tuvimos que esperar más de media hora. Algunas de las instalaciones no estaban en buen estado por falta de mantenimiento (el asa de las bañera, la percha, la cafetera no funcionaba, no había secador de pelo.)

“A very nice place to stay in Tarifa.”

A very pleasant hotel, clean and tidy, with a nice view from the second‑floor room terrace, conveniently located in the beautiful old town, and I would come back.

The room sits right in the heart of Tarifa, a spot that lets you stroll around the city on foot. Even though the street outside is noisy, once you step inside you hardly hear anything, so you can sleep soundly. The facilities were spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
