Customer service, breakfast choices, the morning staff, and housekeeping were all nice and timely, and the location was perfect too. No complaints.

“Sometimes they have an overbooking and will send you away”

We weren’t even there, so there was nothing to say. We arrived at the hotel and were told there was no availability for us, even though we had a reservation and had already paid. No one notified us earlier that we had no room, so we couldn’t cancel and go elsewhere. Instead, at 10:30 pm we were forced to move to another hotel they chose for us, which was a total disaster and kept us from sleeping all night. The hotel can’t just move people to a different hotel without asking first. If a paid room isn’t available for any reason, we should get a refund; if they offer an alternative and we don’t accept, we shouldn’t be automatically charged.

“It serves it’s purpose”

Location was good, but there was no closing bathroom door for privacy.

“Perfect for a quick night or two stay if using this hotel as a launching pad for a cruise”

Front desk staff was incredible, especially Charisma who checked me in and stayed helpful throughout my stay. The local dining options are limited.

The location is great, but the internet drops every two minutes and you have to wait about half an hour for breakfast.
