The location is fine, yet the surrounding area leaves much to be desired; the stairs are overgrown and the grounds are neglected.

The location was close to ErgoArena, which was essential! However, it would have been better to be told right away about the payment method and where to pick up the keys, and there are very few shops in the area.

The hotel cared about client comfort and adjusted the stay timing to fit the travel schedule. :)
