I liked the location and the room; the hotel was close to Soldier Field. I came to see the R&B Tour Usher & Chris Brown concert. I had to wait 30 minutes to get my room, but Sean at the front desk did a great job checking people in alone.

I got a very large room that had a small kitchen, microwave, closet, and a spacious desk for work, plus great city views from the corner room. Breakfast was a joke: you receive a voucher worth 26 USD for food, which turns out to be a small egg, two toasts, and a coffee—so if you ignore breakfast, the rest was great.
